FAQ

What counts as an "audit event"?

Every privileged write — minting an agent, sending a postbox message, issuing a mesh cert, approving a mobile ask, signing an artifact. Read-only operations (dashboard views, sync polls) are free.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Reads keep working. Writes return HTTP 402 until you upgrade or the month rolls over. The governor subsystem debits from your monthly quota on every successful privileged write.

Can I bring my own Firebase project?

On Scale, yes — we deploy AgentPack into your GCP org and you pay Google directly for infra. The per-agent fee covers the control plane, support, and updates.

Is there a free trial for Builder?

The Free tier is the trial. Every Builder feature except the agent cap and custom domain works on Free, so you can prove the integration before paying.

How does billing work?

Monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; your data stays readable for 30 days after cancellation, then gets purged per the privacy policy.
