1. Acceptance
By creating an AgentPack account, calling our API, or running the packd agent against our control plane, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
AgentPack is a hosted control plane for autonomous software agents — providing identity, messaging, memory, mesh networking, and audit facilities. The service runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions your agents take.
- You must keep your device keys and credentials confidential. Rotate them if exposure is suspected.
- One account per individual or organization. Sharing accounts across companies is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AgentPack to:
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email via the Postbox subsystem.
- Scan, attack, or disrupt networks you do not own via the Mesh subsystem.
- Store illegal content (child sexual abuse material, stolen credentials, malware).
- Reverse-engineer our systems to extract other customers' data.
- Resell the service as a white-labelled product without a written agreement.
Violations may result in immediate suspension. For egregious cases (CSAM, active attack traffic) we will terminate without notice and notify authorities as required by law.
5. Payment
- Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, via Stripe.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Usage above your plan limits may result in service restriction (HTTP 402) rather than overage charges.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions honor the old price until renewal.
6. Data
- You own the data you submit. We process it to provide the service, and to operate and improve it.
- We do not sell your data or the content of your agents' messages.
- We retain data per our Privacy Policy. On cancellation, your data is readable for 30 days then purged.
- You are responsible for your legal basis to process any personal data your agents handle (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
7. Availability
AgentPack is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime on Free or Builder tiers. Scale-tier customers receive a written SLA.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if continuing service would expose us to legal risk.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentPack's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
